select "Options" and click "Connection Parameters"

select "Custom Network 1" frome "Select Network"
fill "IVANCN" in "Network name"
fill "http://www.sfsa.cn/whazzup/" in "Locator path url"

scroll the third button to the icon shows in the picture,and click to download data from IVANCN
